Dr. DassPrakash invents S-40 medicine and injected it into fifteen wild dogs in a forest research center and examined them. As the S-40 medicine enters the dog's system It produces a deadly virus that is many times more powerful than the "LISA" virus and the dogs became deadly infected, ferocious wild dogs. The dogs attack Dr.Dassprakash and other doctors working in his research center and kill everyone and then spread into the wild and start infecting other dogs in the forest. This deadly virus spreads to the other dogs in the forest. Three pairs of couples along with another person with two girls and Dassprakash's daughter Andrea comes in search of him. All come to this forest for a vacation and stay in "Home Stay" run by a guide. One fine day when everyone is enjoying the home-stay they are suddenly attacked by these infected ferocious forest dogs. They try to escape from "Home Stay" and the forest back to the city. Everyone tries very hard to attack and escape the dogs but fails miserably in each attempt they make. There is a big struggle between the people trying to escape and the dogs trying to attack them. In the struggle, people die one by one. They decide that working as a team will help them in escaping this situation, and they collect everything available and use it as traps and weapons against the dogs which helps them to kill and escape the dogs. In the end, only a few people made an escape. The whole movie screenplay projects this in action sequences and thriller episodes.
